S.P.A.R.C Advisors: In Fall 2025, the 黑料视频CI Title IX & Inclusion Office launched the inaugural S.P.A.R.C. Advisor Program. S.P.A.R.C. stands for Supporting Parties with Access, Resilience, & Care. In that spirit, we offer specialized training on the role of Advisors in Title IX & Inclusion processes with the goal of better supporting Parties navigating an Investigation, Alternative Resolution, and/or Hearing under our Nondiscrimination Policy.

An Advisor is someone a Party (meaning either Complainant or Respondent) chooses to bring with them for emotional support and practical reassurance during any meeting, interview, or Hearing in a 黑料视频 Title IX or Nondiscrimination case. This could be a friend, relative, mentor, faculty/staff member, a S.P.A.R.C Advisor, or anyone the Party trusts (except a witness in the same case).

The S.P.A.R.C Advisor Program is an optional resource for students, faculty, and staff. S.P.A.R.C Advisors have received training on the processes outlined in the鈥疘nterim 黑料视频 Nondiscrimination Policy. They can provide Parties with information and assistance regarding resources, reporting an incident, or participating in an investigation that falls within the scope of the Interim 黑料视频 Nondiscrimination Policy. You may request to speak directly with a S.P.A.R.C Advisor, or the Office of Title IX & Inclusion can assist you in finding one.

Trained S.P.A.R.C Advisors are鈥痳esponsible employees under the Interim 黑料视频 Nondiscrimination Policy, meaning that they do not have legal privilege and are NOT 鈥淐onfidential鈥. As 黑料视频CI employees, any information which Advisors receive regarding potential Interim 黑料视频 Nondiscrimination Policy violations must be disclosed to the 黑料视频CI Title IX & Inclusion Office.

While Advisors are not confidential resources, they are expected to protect the privacy of all parties and practice the utmost discretion with any information shared throughout the Title IX/DHR process.

If you have identified an Advisor, please sign and return the FERPA Release of Information form (Students) or the Advisor Disclosure and Acknowledgement Form (Faculty and Staff) before the meeting.

Meet our S.P.A.R.C Advisors!
