Lauren Heald (she/her) earned her bachelor's degree at Hartwick College in Studio Art followed by her Masters in the Art of Teaching from Bethany College, West Virginia. Through her graduate studies and professional career, Lauren has gained experience in supporting students and has been certified as a Success Coach. Lauren strives to  create a supportive environment where students feel empowered and thrive through their academic journey. Lauren supervises the Success Coaching program and is excited to assist with the it's growth. While away from her desk, Lauren enjoys spending time with her six guinea pigs, her dogs Mo'ka & King, taking care of her houseplants, playing volleyball and making art in her home studio.

Hi! My name is Charlene and I鈥檓 from Long Island, NY! I鈥檓 a sophomore majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in Leadership and Consulting. In my free time, I love going to the gym, watching different Netflix shows, and trying out new recipes. I鈥檓 actively involved in the Binghamton community through various clubs and organizations, and I鈥檓 passionate about community building and leadership. I look forward to supporting students with skills like organization and time management by sharing the tips and tricks I鈥檝e learned that have helped me succeed. Hi! My name is Josephine and I鈥檓 from Orange County, NY! I鈥檓 a senior majoring in biological sciences and minoring in education on the pre-med track. Some fun facts about me: I'm an EMT for Harpur's Ferry, I was a peer mentor for the First-year Research Immersion (FRI) program, and I'm a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma! In my free time, I love to listen to music, hang out with friends, dance, sing, play with dogs, go to coffee shops, and practice martial arts! I鈥檓 looking forward to meeting you!

I am from Long Island, and plan on doing the 4+1 program and getting a masters in Sustainable Communities before graduation. In my spare time, I like going to the gym and playing video games.

Hi! My name is Gilli, and I鈥檓 from Long Island. I鈥檓 a graduate student in Binghamton University鈥檚 3+1 program, pursuing my Master鈥檚 in Public Administration after recently earning my undergraduate degree in Political Science. During undergrad, I studied abroad in Italy, hosted a radio show on Binghamton鈥檚 station WHRW, served on the Executive Board of Swipe Out Hunger, and interned with the campus food pantry. In my free time, I enjoy reading, trying new workout classes, and grabbing coffee with friends. I understand how overwhelming college can be, and I鈥檓 excited to support students by helping build time management and organization skills for a successful college experience!

Hello, my name is Natalie! I am a senior double majoring in biology and global public health on the pre-med track. I am originally from Syracuse. I serve on the E-Boards of Paws and Effect and Binghamton Aiding Hearts, and am a member of the Dickinson Research Team. Outside of school, I work as an EMT and like helping others in times of stress. In my free time, I enjoy organizing, listening to music, reading, making spreadsheets, and cuddling the animal residents of Humane Society. Hi! My name is Marcelino and I鈥檓 from Brooklyn, New York. I鈥檓 a junior majoring in psychology with a minor in biology, and I aspire to pursue a career in nursing at SUNY Downstate. As a transfer student, I know what it鈥檚 like to start a whole new life when coming to college, and I offer perspective on finding community, building confidence, and turning challenges into opportunities. As a peer success coach, I focus on helping students adapt to change, discover their strengths, and help them follow a path that is meant for their unique goals. I鈥檝e been a florist for over three years and have grown up around flowers my whole life! I also volunteer at a UHS hospital, assisting nurses and nursing aides and in my free time, I love exploring new places, working out, and spending time with friends. On campus, I serve as an Apartment Assistant in the Susquehanna community, am active in several clubs, and am working to start a Bullet Journaling Club! In my free time, I enjoy journaling, painting, drawing, and cooking. Being a first-generation student, I understand the challenges of transitioning to college and building independence. My goal as a Peer Success Coach is to help students develop sustainable skills in time management, organization, and self-care, while connecting them to campus resources when needed. Carly Miller (she/her) earned a degree in Sociology with a minor in psychology from SUNY Cortland. A few years later, she graduated from 黑料视频鈥檚 Master of Science in Student Affairs program. She worked as an academic advisor in Decker College for two years, before joining the Success Coaching team in the fall of 2023. Through her experiences during her graduate program and as an academic advisor, Carly has gained extensive knowledge about how to best support students working toward their academic, professional, and personal goals. She aims to create a comfortable environment for students where they feel free to ask questions and express their concerns. When she is out of the office, Carly enjoys hiking with friends, gardening, and spending time with her cats.

In addition to my role as a Peer Success Coach, I serve as Vice President of #EndAlz, a student-led organization focused on raising awareness and support for Alzheimer's research. I also work as a teaching assistant for Dr. Boring鈥檚 Statistical Analysis & Design course. Patrick Talvi (he/him) earned his Bachelor's degree at Marist College in Psychology. Soon after, he received his Master's degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs from 黑料视频. Before Success Coaching, Patrick spent 4 years as an academic advisor in Watson College here at Binghamton. He is passionate about helping students create healthy academic goals and supporting them throughout their journey. When he is not working, Patrick spends his time visiting friends and family, playing video games, and cuddling with his two cats, Shadow and Sunny.

Hello hello!! My name is Edith Florencio and I use she/her pronouns. I'm from Orange County, New York and a junior majoring in Social Work with a concentration in healthcare systems, my career goal surrounds the advocacy for healthcare equity! As per my hobbies, I love all forms of music and performing arts. Most of my time is spent dilly-dallying in the Fine Arts building singing, dancing, or playing the piano. Anyways, you might see me around in different roles on campus serving as a Career Consultant at the Fleishman Center (Downtown and main campus) and as a Community Assistant for the Newing Community.
