The Harpur Fellows Program provides support up to four recipients to pursue a passionate interest through a self-designed project that serves a community of your choosing. Projects can be independent of your academic program or major. Selected fellows receive up to $4,000 to pursue their project. Harpur Edge staff are available to provide guidance throughout the application process to the conclusion of your project. Past fellows have typically completed their projects during summer breaks, working at their own pace as time allows.

Join us for the Annual Homecoming Physician Alumni Panel, where we will hear from three alumni who took different undergraduate and post-graduation pathways to become physicians. They will share their academic, professional and personal experiences with students interested in careers in medicine. Students will have the opportunity to ask questions and network with the alumni. Panelists: - Dr. Sharon E. Smith: Certifications in Lifestyle Medicine, Internal Medicine, Medical Review Officer, and is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. - Dr. Adam Fox: Trauma Attending at Eric Munoz Trauma Center at University Hospital, Newark, NJ, and Medical Director of JEMSTAR Air Medical Program. - Dr. Andrew Wollowitz: Vice-Chairperson for Quality and Program Development for the Department of Emergency Medicine at Montefiore and Associate Professor at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
