The graduate program in the history and theory of art and architecture at Binghamton University is home to a diverse community of students from New York state, across the United States, and around the world. Many students join Binghamton's program after having received a BA or MA from another institution in the SUNY system. Over the past twenty years, students have also come to Binghamton from Brazil, Cambodia, Canada, China, India, Israel, Jordan, Korea, Mexico, Nigeria, Poland, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Turkey, and other countries.
